Oh it's gone? Haven't checked it in a long time. Just had a look now and yeah, it said it is unavailable. |

Just emailed Lemmy. He knew it was down but forgot to fix it, and he's going to take care of it. |

How on earth did you manage to get hold of Lemmy's other email? I had tried for ages to contact him last year when I was having problems with the forum when it was still under Lemmy's name. |

I tried to get in touch with him last year and he ended up emailing me. |

I think it's cool he's still keeping the site up after all these years, even if he's no longer updating it. |

Yeah, it would be a shame for him to let it just disappear. But it must be expensive though to keep an inactive site up and there may come a time when he just moves on and decides to let the site die completely. |

I like to think that he might have plans for the site if he's keeping it up like this, but of course I would hate to get my hopes up too high. |

Yeah, same here. But I know what you mean. LL certainly has outlived its prime and one of the few fansites to have existed for such a long time with continuous updates up to a few years ago. The time will probably come though when Lemmy decides to pack the site in for good. No use keeping a dead site up if it is not going to be updated, especially when he is paying for it. |

Lemmy's Land is still up, as is Roy's Sports Hall. I never really bothered looking at the site, but I was surprised to see that the chatroom on the front page is still active. I thought that it would've been abandoned by now. Someone posted a link to a fully archived version of the Sports Hall in case it went down, and I now wish that someone would've had the foresight to archive LL before seemingly half of its sections went down forever. I miss the Scribbles section... |

I think those sections may still "exist", but there's a database error or something that's preventing access to them. Just sent an email to Lemmy about it, so hopefully it'll get fixed. |
